Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. This means the product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, and in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, W Outlet. will cover the return shipping cost (no cost to you).
